We keep your information only for as long as we need it, and for as long as the law, our insurers and our professional obligations require.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or securely destroy it.

Service messages
We will contact you by email, text or phone about your appointments, including confirmations, reminders, changes, aftercare and follow up. These messages are part of your care and are not marketing.

You can unsubscribe at any time by:

Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you using solely automated processes, including profiling, that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it.
